Makeup Tips

Finding the perfect foundation match:
Apply a vertical line of Flawless Finish Foundation on the jaw line going down to the neck. The right shade will blend into your skin, almost disappearing. You have found the right match!

Application:
Apply a small amount of Flawless Finish Foundation on the tip of the Ultimate Buffer Brush tapping off the excess. Using the lid of the foundation jar, swirl the brush into the lid distributing the product evenly on the brush. This is important so that you don't apply too much product. Starting at the jaw line, apply the power using the brush in a circular motion (working your way around the face). TIP: the right brush makes ALL the difference in how the make up looks. These special brushes are made from the finest goat and pony hair. The foundation always looks better approximately 15 minutes after application, once the minerals warm up on the skin. You'll notice a difference!

Use the Cover-It Foundation Brush to apply the Flawless Finish Foundation around the area of the nose, eyes, over blemishes, and Hyperpigmentation. Once you've used this brush, it might become your favorite make-up tool!

Matte Setting Powder: It gives a nice porcelain matte finish, sets the make-up, and makes pores look invisible. It is highly recommended for clients who have t-zone oil or oilier skin conditions. The kaolin clay helps to absorb the excess oil. Translucent Setting Powder does not contain the clay. Matte Setting Powder can be used alone (without the Flawless Finish Foundation) if less coverage is desired.

FX Eye Shadows: can be used wet or dry and/or as an eye liner. TIP: apply a light highlighting eye shadow all over the lid. TRY: Champagne (ES81) for a really natural highlighting base color. Or Silver Shimmer (ES62) or Diamond (ES61) to add some sparkle! Second, apply a darker complimentary color in the crease of the eye. Line the eye with the Perfectly Natural Eye Liner Pencils, and finish by setting the line with the Soften-It Eye Liner and some shadow. This will keep the liner in place for the day. Tip: Espresso and Teak Eye Liner doubles for a brow definer. Teak can also be used as a warm brown lip liner.

Light-Reflecting Blush: Five beautiful shades to compliment any skin tone. Tip: Some of the FX Eye Shadow can double for a fabulous blush! Try: Copper (ES32) for a sun drenched look, or turn it up with Pink Ice (ES83)! Pink Shimmer (ES03), Sun Shimmer (ES31), Silver Shimmer (ES62), and Diamond (ES61) are all fabulous as cheek and décolleté highlighters!

Lips: line Lip with Perfectly Natural Lip Liner selecting a lipstick color that fits in the same palate as the blush and eye shadow. Keep in mind that the Lush Lipstick is like a lip balm and you must apply it rather thickly to get the desired color... but you will notice how conditioning this formula is... the point to remember is that it contains macadamia nut oil, avocado oil, vitamin E, and cocoa butter... Luscious Lipstick glides on like silk and contains lip conditioners like Hemp Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Avocado Oil, Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, and Vitamin E. Both offer the same great color palate... the main difference is that the Lush Lipstick is 100% Vegan (meaning no animal products), while the Luscious Lipstick does contain Lanolin. It really comes down to your particular preference.
